How To Do Live Chat with Jio Customer Care Executive

Whenever I have to contact the customer care of any company, what I look for in the first place is the availability of live chat feature. As the process doesn't take time to get our query solved, you should do the same.

In order to contact the customer care executive via live chat, you should follow the steps given below.

Step 1: First, you have to install My Jio app. (Almost every Jio user installed the app on their phone. You didn't?). If you already don't have this app, you can download it from below.

Step 2: Once you finish installing the app on your phone, you must open it. Can't you see a Manage your account option there? Simply, tap on it.

Step 3: Ensure you are using the data connection from your Jio SIM. Most probably, you won't get signed into your account using other connections.

At this step, you will be automatically signed into your account.

Step 4: You can see a bar of options on the left side of the app interface. Open the bar and you can see a few options there.

Step 5: Of all, what we want is Jio Care. (Locate it in between Find a store or a hotspot and Feedback).

Step 6: You will get four options here; FAQs, Call now, Live chat and Service request. I hope you don't need my assistance in selecting the proper one and chat with the Jio customer care executive.

Contacting Jio Customer Care via Social Media

Jio Twitter Handle – Just Tweet out your issue. Attach a screenshot if you have.

Jio Facebook Page – Click on Message and send your issue.

In case you don't get any reply, try tweeting out to the following Twitter profile dedicated to supporting customers.

If you have already put all your efforts with the methods given above, then you have only have one option left. The official website of Jio has an option to contact the customer care team to notify them of any issue you are getting.

Visit the Jio Contact Us page (Use the link). You will get a form with a few fields. There is nothing complicated about filling those fields.

First, provide your name, email address and then, describe your issue briefly. Unless you appropriately fill all those fields, you will not get the valid send button.

Once the form filling process is completed, hit the Blue send button below. There you go! They will get back to you.

Offline Methods to Contact Jio Customer Care

Are you living in Mumbai or Pune? Jio has physical stores there. You can visit those stores to solve your issue.

Don't worry! There are tons of authorized Jio dealers all around India. Visit any such stores and tell the dealer the issue you are having. They will sort it out for you.

In case there is anything serious about your SIM, they will replace it with a new one having zero issues.

But I don't think you have to go through offline method (unless the issue needs your SIM to be replaced). All your issues can be sorted out using the methods given above.
